The journey began as Hyderabad Flex Tech Ltd., incorporated on 3rd December 1992 as a 100% Export Oriented Unit under the Electronic Hardware Technology Park (EHTP) Scheme of the Ministry of Electronics, Government of India. In 2010, the company merged with Keerthi Industries Limited and operated as its Electronics Division, before evolving into its present structure.
Among the pioneers in India for manufacturing Flexible PCBs, the company was established in technical collaboration with World Circuit Technology, USA. Following the collaboration, it successfully evolved into a fully independent, technology-driven organization, continuing its legacy of innovation, quality, and reliability.
