Keerthi Holdings Private Limited is a leading manufacturer of high-quality Flexible PCBs and Rigid PCBs, serving both domestic and international markets with precision-engineered solutions.

Our journey began as Hyderabad Flex Tech Ltd., incorporated on 3rd December 1992 as a 100% Export Oriented Unit under the Electronic Hardware Technology Park (EHTP) Scheme, Ministry of Electronics, Government of India. In 2010, the company was merged with Keerthi Industries Limited and operated as its Electronics Division. Today, we operate as Keerthi Holdings Private Limited, continuing a legacy of innovation and reliability.

We were among the first in India to manufacture Flexible PCBs, established in collaboration with World Circuit Technology, USA. Post collaboration, we have successfully evolved into a fully independent, technology-driven organization.
